Wolf Watch UK - Brand Awareness, Website Design & Members Database

Nestling amidst the attractive countryside along the Welsh Shropshire border and situated in over 100 acres of woodland, Wolf Watch UK provides a valuable wolf conservation centre and sanctuary for displaced wolves. Wolf Watch’s challenge to Authenticity was to create a modern updated image for the centre but also centralise their member activity.

The first step was the development of a new professional website that served as a central hub for members and supporters. The website, wolfwatch.uk, was built on the WordPress platform and seamlessly integrated with the Anytime Booking system, enabling streamlined and efficient booking processes for the Kgosi Lodge & on-site Cottage.

In addition, Authenticity implemented a custom Members database, complete with renewal notifications and integrated payment options, providing Wolf Watch with better control over their membership management.

The implementation of Authenticity’s solution yielded significant results for Wolf Watch. The digital transformation and modernisation efforts led to a remarkable 120% increase in revenue generated through online channels year on year.

The new website not only provided a user-friendly experience for members and supporters but also projected a professional and modern image for the conservation centre attracting more visitors, supporters, and donors.
